Phone ResQ has a one year warranty on all parts installed. This warranty covers any unlikely defects that may occur with the parts installed. If the device is damaged in any way, including but not limited to; dropped, cracked, exposed to water or any other user damage, the warranty is void. Batteries installed come with a (90) day warranty. Phones purchased with a one year warranty are subject to the same warranty conditions. Accessories carry a 30 day warranty for defect which is also voided by any damage to the product. Cases and Tempered Glass carry no warranty.
